Install it onto your computer - an external drive can cause issues if disconnected and it will be slower. Save your data to an external drive. Contact support on our website if you have other questions.

I saw on your web page that with BIG SUR (Mac) that I won't be able to use Thumbnailer to see images. Are you going to create a work around that? I do have a Mac and I do have Essentials.

Hi, which programs are a must. Do I need the Thumbnailer as well as Express and Essentials and Enthusiast? I am not sure what I need. I want to purchase something that I can resize, assign stitching, and add other designs all in the same hoop. Is there software that bundles all of these? Thanks

What program lets you change stitch type to an existing design . Like satin to buttonhole or decorative stitch

There is no way to reorganize stitches to become something other than what they are. You can use StitchArtist to trace what you want to create an object and assign a stitch type that you want. Check out the information at www.Embrilliance.com/start

Does the stitch level 1 have the same function of essentials?

Hello Lisa HELP Please! just purchased thumbnailer. I use a Mac and "all" of my designs are sitting in my downloads folder. I have the zipped folder and have double clicked to get access to the the PES folder to enable Essentials. I Cannot get thumbnailer to work. I receive a message saying Embilliance Thumbailer cannot open files in the "Embroidery File" format. I have no idea how to make this work. Your expertise would be Greatly appreciated!!!!

@@sheyrieg6473 make a list of the features you use in your software to verify that they are in the following as I’m not 100% sure. However a comparable suite to most full programs would be Essentials, Enthusiast and StitchArtist L2. Some may add on AlphaTricks for the convenience of tagging and organizing their BX fonts.

It depends on what you want to do! That's the beauty of the Embrilliance programs - you create the software suite that has the features and functions for what you want to be able to do.

You will eventually cave in and buy them all!! Great program, especially when you do something after you have that AHA! moment. I have another program but always turn to the Embrilliance folder because I just find it so much easier than the 'really powerful" other program. It may be in the superman category, but it doesn't matter if I can't use it. You won't regret buying this product!!

totally confused - I understand that this is a modular program system - BUT instead of telling me what each one of the modular do - would you please explain their relationship to each other - which one is the CORE modular that gets the rest of them running - I don't want to be buying something if there is another program that I need to buy first to make it work - very confusing presentation

They are all independent! No need to be confused :). We don’t say you have to have one program to run the others because there is no base/core program. Do most people start with Essentials? Yes because it has the features they use daily. Do you have to start with Essentials? No - you can start with any program to get the functions of that program. Make a list of what you want to do in software. This will help you choose which program(s) you need. No assumptions. If the feature is not listed on that programs feature list - that program doesn’t do what you ask. I have really old embroidery software and need to replace it. All the embroidery designs I bought so far will be able to be opened in Embrilliance? I bought an add-on alphbet software to go with this old software. Will I be able to use those fonts?
