I bough this patch system and I’m very very happy with the product and the results it produces!!!!! The question I have is how do you make a peel and stick patch? I don’t want to iron it on. I want to make patches that my customers can peel the backing off and it’s very sticky and they can stick it to anything without it falling off. PLEASE HELP!!!! 😩😩

What's the most affordable twill to buy online for embroidery of imagery and lettering? (to make either sew on or iron on patch). ATM I'm using crafting felt, works real well for graphics, however I want a white background with lettering (emergency patch, has name/phone number.. my cousin uses them for her alzheimer's husband and they have saved his life when he has wandered off). the patch background however, being felt, pills and wares.. so i figure twill might do the trick, but at hobby lobby, twill is $12 a yard. I need something affordable because I'd like to sell various emergency patches (she has a few people lined up who want one of these). she suggested i sell them for about $10 each, they're a good size (4x4 print area + border for outline/size)

How do I price my patches?

wow why are you so secretive about the patch material? you deliberately avoid talking about it several times..im sorry to say that but its that kind of mentallity that keep companys small. its also disrespectful to your customers! that bs might wash in the U.S. but in europe we'd see through that shit in a heart beat..
