I’m from Riyadh , but now I in India Bloomington. I have been there since last August. My bro I missed shawarma especially from momo Norah 😢❤. I hope you enjoy in Saudi, there are many places have to go in Riyadh and other cities like Alula and Jeddah. If you come in summer you have to visit Abha city. Best wishes ❤️❤️

The food market in Saudi especially in Riyadh is very competitive. It’s hard to say you find the best shawarma or steaks …. At least you’d have at the end 10-15 restaurants.

I suggest you go to Al-Ula, as it is a wonderful city and has many wonders that you will enjoy. It is in northern Saudi Arabia, and there you will see snow, and it is rather cold. At the juice section i saw alot of Honey jars next to the fruit , that's so good means they dont mix sugar with the fruit . Very rare you have juice with no sugar added.

I believe the White sauce is called Toom, It's very similar to Mayo.. It's an imsulfication of Garlic, oil and lemon juice and egg whites. Goes well with fries and Sharma and kabobs.

This is so heartwarming and I am so glad you visited Saudi Arabia! I am Saudi born in the US and every time I go back home Mama Noura is my first stop straight out of the airport haha my husband who is German American is ADDICTED to their shawerma too. 🤣 He literally craves it all year round (worse than me) and impatiently looks forward to our annual trip to Riyadh for it 😂😂 stay safe and long live Mama Noura 😂😂😂
