My cousin works at Ramstein Air Force (after retiring from the AF) Base. He is Intel with a private contractor and said the base was not under "Charlie". He retired out of the Air Force in Intel and went straight into Intel for a private contractor for the government. I talked to him at about 8am CST for me here in Arkansas. He is still on Ramstein base with the outside job.

This may be more ominous as there must be specific threats to specific bases. Ramstein is not one of those bases in Charlie status, but they are being quoted as warning personnel to be vigilant. @NYPrepper

It's still early but 'Beryl" is expected to weaken, hit the Yucatan peninsula as a Cat 1 Hurricaine, cross the Yucatan peninsula, enter the Gulf of Mexico as a Tropical Storm and remain a Tropical Storm. It could turn, it could strengthen, it could produce a lot of rain but regardless this storm is far from a world ending scenario.

B-52’s? Bc their home is Barksdale AFB in Bossier City, LA. It’s very normal for them to fly consistently for training. They fly over Arkansas and surrounding states.
