I was an airman at a SAC base in the USAF. It was one of the largest SAC bases at the time. It was not unusual for the B52's to be up in the air. Lots of training and exercises need to happen to keep us ready. I'm thankful they are not just sitting on the flight line or in a hanger. What is going on near Cuba is concerning though. God, please bless us and protect us all from any evil being planned.

I'm so glad we're out of Florida and back home. I told my dad in Florida what I had been hearing. When they finally said something, he seemed shocked. Like he didn't believe me. Family and friends still don't want to believe. I'm praying for them 🙏🏻. Told dad you don't know half of what's going on .

Update from the UK, 17th June...I was watching those B-52s up over the continental USA earlier, along with a RC-135 Rivet Joint, an E-3, numerous tanker planes and, at one stage an E-4. Also, both the RAF and USAF have had Rivet Joints over the Baltic Sea and the Black Sea today and we've had quite a few Typhoon fighters up over the UK, along with a U2, which was quite a surprise...🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿😎🇮🇱
