Apparently the former. That all being said, the rifle had to be visible for at least 4-5 seconds as he set up for his shot and then fired 5/6 times. So the whole point is mute. Those snipers should have fired after 1-2 seconds of it being visible. Not wincing from the audible gunshots and then reacting.

That means 130 retire per month, and that's assuming nobody quits earlier than that because of the tough effects of this job on family life, etc.

The civilian schools began teaching American infantry CQB back in 2003, before that the training in that area was poor. Don't ever compare an 11B MOS kid with 3 years in the Army to professionals doing this stuff for 20+ years. Holstering your weapon is muscle memory to professionals, there is no debate.

It's been said the woman was office staff an untrained SS agent and there were others. Firghtening!
