Today we show you the perfect period kit for Cheer and travel! We shop for it, then Evie and I put the kit together! This is a must have for all the girls in cheer, but also just for any vacation or trip! But before we show you that, we have a crazy fun day! We start the day taking about getting Crumbl cookies, then Kapri and I head to Starbucks to get a new drink! I take Evie to the chiropractor and Brinley to cheer! When we get back Evie is making dinner and Brinley is hiding snacks!

So glad you’re not scared to talk about these topics. It’s such a natural thing for women and teens to go through. So many people think it’s an uncomfortable thing to converse about. Had the talk to my niece at 9 after she asked about periods. A couple months later she started and it was nice that she was aware of what was going on and comfortable talking to her mom and I. Love you guys!

You shouldn’t be making fun of where people shop. Cotton on and Aeropostale are both cod stores. I think it’s great that evie is applying for a job. Maybe you should apply for one too Kendall.

@@Ella._.claireee how was that rude? She was completely right. They shouldn’t have made fun of where people but their clothes. They have many young viewers and they should think about what they say before putting it on social media. I think it’s great for evie to have a job no matter where it is, her mom should be supporting her instead of judging where she chooses to work.

Blue is a German short haired pointer, I believe. I grew up with that breed. You know them in an instant. Some are crazy and some are chill. Great dogs :)

I’ve been getting that same matcha drink but with one pump of chai instead! Or the regular matcha latte is made with sweetener you could always ask for no sweetener in it!

Hey y'all hey!! If you go to Walmart in the baby section they have blue baby powder scented diaper sacs. I use them to put used pads or tampons in when I was on my cycle. This way you can put whatever is used in it and no visuals. Love you guys!!

I had to stay home last month, because of my period. And it was the first time in my 5 Years of working there. When I tell you, my boss was SO pissed. I work as a package delivery driver, so I have no toilets available (most of the time). And it is so sad, that we still get mean comments, for something that is normal. Sure, some women get it bad, some are completely fine during their period. But I am just so over this bullshit😪

Good luck this weekend at comp girls! This Friday I am going to an eye Dr that specializes in adult strabismus aka exotropia or eyes that turn outward. I am going to see if he can fix my eyes. I also have a droopy eyelid and a dr that I saw for that said to get the strabismus fixed first. Crossing my fingers that something can be done

Also!!! The Ohana Adventure (they are also KZfaqrs) and they do videos on period kits and involve their little girls in the conversations because having a period is literally the most natural thing in the world. Good on you for putting it out there too! In their kits they also included tide pens, bleach pens, personal wipes, chocolate and midol. All great things!
