This was before Michael Norell passed away. He passed away in May, May 12th to be exact. The family gave themselves two weeks privacy before breaking the news on May 24th.

I was a kid when this first aired. At the time John Gage was my favorite. I like them all, and my favorite now is Roy DeSoto.

Chet always annoyed me when I saw the show the first time watching the show. Seeing it later I realized he wasn't so bad and John Cage need some ribbing from time to time.
