it happens alot on mg cars it happens when you put it in high gear on low speed i dont know why this happens but its very annoying i own a hector to fix it you need to get out of the car and lock your car and unlock it for 5 times then it will be fixed

I have MG Astor and I too face same problem when car gets in reserve. Ideally once it start blinking it should have atleast 50-60km reserve fuel but it died within 10-15km. I feel it’s a serious problem with Sensor of fuel tank in MG
