i have one and I love it. the filtration system makes it so easy to clean and re use the oil. It gets nice and hot so the food cooks well and is not greasy. Highly recommended. i got mine on Amazon.

I don't eat much fried foods but this is the healthiest way to fry food because the temperature stays at a constant temperature therefore the food does not absorb oil as much as if you were using a frying pan plus it taste way better.

I've used the same filtered oil 9,652 times. This fryer is my hero.

It makes me laugh how Emeril acts like it is his fryer. Like he helped build it. This is nothing but an Ultimate EZ Clean Pro fryer by T-Fal. Nothing different, except it has Emeril-s name on it. And the idiots who call in to thank Emeril, like he had anything to do with it. XD

Question: Do you wait for the oil to cool down before setting the filtration button, or can you turn it on immediately after frying and it will drain automatically once the oil cools?

That host sounds obnoxious and rudely interrupts. Showing this food being cooked in 1 minute or less (knowing it takes longer) isn't really showing me much.
