A soft and very warm jacket, simple and at the same time particular in shape. Its easy construction, suitable for everyone, even for super beginners. To make the Emet jacket (which owes its name to a lake located above Madesimo, which is the name of the yarn used) I reused in an alternative way a stitch already used for previous projects. In the rendering it is very reminiscent of the granny stitch, it is just as simple, but which turns out to be even simpler and faster, and above all of great effect with short shaded yarns. The points that intersect in the lower lines, in fact, create unusual chromatic effects that draw unique geometries! If you want a garment to be used throughout the winter, always at hand, which envelops you like the warmth of a burning fireplace, you have found it! Immediately pick up the crochet hook and choose the color of your favorite, and the more neutral it is, the more this garment can be an indispensable wildcard. Or, why not, make it in all the colors you like, on the other hand it is so simple and fast that a weekend will be enough to complete it.
To make it (size M / L) I used:
- 3 cakes of Madesim8 yarn by Silke (150 gr - 300 mt), color variant 80
- crochet number 6
- point markers
- wool needle
- scissors
- tape measure
And now all you have to do is choose your favorite armchair, the music that inspires you and let crochet unleash, perhaps on a nice rainy day (ideal time for crocheting!)
