Through his own revolutionary self-healing techniques, "Ascend the Frequencies" RJ Spina (metaphysical teacher, channeler, healer) authentically and verifiably healed himself from permanent chest-down paralysis and severe disease. In this interview, RJ Spina discusses the process of self-mastery and the freeing of humanity from the ego-mind identity. He explains the concept of the multiverse and the role of ascended masters in guiding humanity's evolution. RJ also delves into the power of magic and alchemy in self-healing and transforming one's life. He emphasizes the importance of being present and detached from identification with the mental and emotional bodies. Additionally, RJ Spina discusses the evolution of consciousness and the purpose of humanity as an experiment in individualized free will. RJ shares insights on Thoth and Hermes, the purpose of pyramids, and the difference between knowledge and wisdom. RJ Spina discusses the concept of true freedom and liberation from the patterned subconscious mind and limiting body consciousness.
In 2016, RJ Spina became permanently paralyzed from the chest down requiring emergency life-saving surgery. He was deathly ill with a rare staph-infection that compressed his spinal cord. He was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, hypothyroidism, autoimmune disease, autonomic dysreflexia, and suffered from life-threatening complications due to my catastrophic spinal injury. RJ's body was destroyed and beyond repair.
He spent roughly 3 months in a hospital/rehab facility being inundated with antibiotics, drugs, painkillers and rudimentary physical therapy. He was given zero chance of ever walking again and was told he would need medications for the rest of my life. Today, RJ is no longer paralyzed. In fact, within the first 100 days after emergency surgery, he walked unassisted - just as he predicted in the ICU. His diagnosed illnesses and diseases have been resolved, even the mystery lethal infection that months of powerful antibiotics could not cure.

RJ Spina's book, "Change Your Mind," is a game-changer. He actually lays out real actionable plans in his books. He doesn't just share "his story" and call it a day. He radiates authenticity and also has a great sense of humor. (No "phony" can heal himself from a death sentence and permanent paralysis.)

You are constantly being re-born, re-created, re-generated, every moment. No belief is contained, held, or stored anywhere. It might cause a cascade that brings a symptom... I got to say, I remember when I was a child I was very quiet , I would talk in my mind only, but all I use to hear from them was "why are you so quiet" I would respond to them in my mind, assuming they knew what I was saying, this went on for years to my 20s, then I realized no one could hear me, so I had to trane myself to answer out loud , still to this day I learned to text, but I still won't pick up the phone to speak on less I have to.😅

I do love RJ, he has loads of very profound stuff to teach us, and this was one of the best interviews of his I've come across so far, but I'm not entirely sure he is an incarnation of the being that gave rise to St. Germain, tho he's clearly tapping into some very high level stuff. I'm glad he's given up the distracting and unneccessary self-deprecation, and he doesn't at all strike me as lacking humility, but I tend to be really suspicious when people claim to be ascended masters (or come from an ascended master begetting octopi - you know what I mean. The octopus metaphore IS brilliant.). There sure are a lot of them self-proclaimed ascended masters on podcasts these days... I'm currently in deep communication with Avalokiteshvara (I have a background in shamanism) for the purposes of my current evolution - so far the highest level being I've been able to communicate with, and certainly on "Absolute" level consciouness - and in checking in with them, they indicate that some of RJs statements, particularly surrounding his ascended master framework, his concepts surrounding "enlightenment" as level two (this then would not have been the enlightenment Buddha was speaking about - and btw apparently the teachings we have from Buddha have been misinterpreted too, so go figure), the specifics of the number of Elohim (there are way more, something like a few hundred) and some aspects of their nature, the level of consciousness actually present in plants (many of whom are actually Boddhisatvas - they are however typically a group consciousness), the ideas that humans are some of the only individuated consciousnesses (apparently it IS quite a bit more rare than collective hive consciounesses, but not at all unique), and several other specifics are not valid (while a great many of his concepts are). Of course, the accuracy of my communication abilities is something even I have to investigate further, I'm super conscious that I am but ye old rotary phone. But the gist seem to be (at least as it pretains to my own evolution: listen, feel, and then do your own wisdom-based (not intellectual) research. The quest forever remains our own. I also wonder if, at this stage of the game, he would continue to need to support his family with courses that cost 2000$ a pop. (Or still have allergies - ok, that's rough of of me. Also tells you how many interviews of his I've watched.) He might be able to manifest a living by other means that do not feed the egregore of an extractive capitalist model, if he really is at that level of being able to manifest that which he needs to continue his work (maybe side as a carpenter? Ok, bad joke.) Stating that if he doesn't charge, people won't value the worth of what he is offering, is itself a statement and reinforcement of a limiting belief, and it smells of TS (teen spirit?). It's certainly not true for a great many folks, nor even with the scholarship model does it fully address global earning power (or other) inequity, and anyhow, even if it WERE true that some folks wouldn't value it, who cares? Truth is truth! What's real stays real, and will magnetically attract those who are ready for the the teachings, while those who don't genuinely value them would simply let the model drop away when the next thing came along. Imagine Jesus or Buddha charging. I mean, if you're gonna claim to be a fractal of an ascended master type, you're asking for these comparisons. A very high level teacher for sure, probably an all around swell guy (tho ask his gf and exes if you want to know the real truth on that, I wouldn't know), and emmanating great love (and a lot of respect, truly) in his own style (tho his octopus' emmanation doesn't knock me over with the pure divine love)...but, as ever, take what you most need from his work and maybe leave what's more speculative aside - it's possible it may send you down the wrong path and even set you back. Always be mindful of taking what another human says for sooth, or swallowing even the best teacher wholesale. Be ye a tentacle of discernment, friends! Ok, public service announcement complete.

Eckhart Tolle and others also charge a lot for courses, don't forget they also give a lot of their time for free on You Tube as well. We live in different times now to that of Jesus and Buddha. His purpose is to give his time to this work it's not a side hustle. Seek first the Kingdom of Heaven within and the rest will be added unto you ❤❤
