it looks really good but i think non-alternative hairstylists constantly get this wrong. the signature emo side swoop is commonly place at the side of the head swooping from on side of the head to the other in a feathered out way. not in the middle as this can give a Karen-like feel LMAO.

As an elder emo, I love it! I think the only way to make it better would’ve been a more drastic part for the swoop. But it’s come a long way from when I was using a shaving razor and safety scissors 😅

It's so cool you doing the points opposite to how us scene & emo chicks did it with a razor! I personally always cut my own fringe and I must've done a good job cos everyone always said it looked good! haha 😂 no youtube to teach us back then tho... And ngl this looks just like how I did my own hair in school haha
