When he washing his hands he sings happy birthday for 2 reasons. 1. Back in the day they said you should wash your hands to the length of the birthday song 2. The day he dropped the album was Billie Eilish's Birthday, so he was foreshadowing mentioning her.

3. which he did because she,, very casually, said Eminem scared her and she preferred Child Gambino. Hence the "I'm just that childish" line. If I were her, I'd consider it an honorable mention more than a diss. oh and the rule about washing your hands hasn't changed!
