Theres no harmony man you can have the best lyrics in the world if the flow, the voice, the energy are not good and theres no harmony its trash. If lyrics was the only important things Aesop rock or GZA would be the GOAT, but they are not. Tupac wasnt a great lyricist but he was deep, his energy and voice were phenomenal and he was good at choosing bests unlike Eminem, so no Eminem isnt the GOAT he is one of the greatest but definitly not better than pac, jay, nas, wayne, biggie, snoop, Andre 3000, dmx, drake and kendrick. For me the ability to make a club hit, a love song, a chill song or a gym song is as important as the ability to make a conscious/deep song with great figure of speech and that's why Drake, snoop, wayne or DMX are as good as him. It's funny because the purist or old head will always says a conscious/deep song is better than a club hit even if they like the club hit more ... For me it's ridiculous to be close minded like that.

Compared to this, Revival is a fucking joke.

Too many skippable tracks to be honest, but at first listen, I hated it, second listen, I was like it isn't that bad cause I started listening to the drum beat and what Eminem was saying instead of how I didn't like his flow on some parts and how I didn't like the rock sampled hooks. I started to ignore those and try to be more open minded. Once I did that, I'm like still too many skipable tracks, but I don't hate it anymore so 7/10 I'll give it.
