To me what makes Pac the greatest is that he had the most important things to say while reaching so many people from all over the world with his music. He definitely posed a formidable threat to all kinds of powerful folk. He knew his days were numbered and he still kept on recording tracks. In Em's words "there will never be another you".

Technically, Eminem is the better rapper. His knowledge of English vocabulary is almost unparalleled, and he can switch up flows and make multi-syllable rhyme schemes like no other, in a unique way as well. But PAC, is the legend here. PAC was able to touch people's hearts and souls with his music way more than Eminem could've ever done. Ey don't get me wrong, Mockingbird and Beautiful were touching songs, but when it comes to an "artist" (not just a rapper alone), Pac the better one here. R.I.P to the GOAT. 🙏🏾💕

Love em both but goddamit if y'all know anything about rap/hip-hop you'd know both 2Pac and Eminem are VERY different when it comes to their rap style. It is LITERALLY impossible to compare both of them directly since their style is very different. Both, Eminem and 2Pac have mastered different elements of rap and it all literally comes down to personal SUBJECTIVE preference and nothing more. Eminem is amazing and nigh unparalleled with rhymes, wordplay, complex vocabulary etc. Tupac is about delivery of the words and known for talking about several real life issues. One must be a special kind of idiot to actually think either is absolutely better than the other. Peace out folks!

@Jay2Fire Both great agree, everyone has his own opinion,but it can not be denied that the Pac is the greatest at all times, he was such one. I eat the best after the Pac .My friend ,i appreciate your opinion , i shared my opinion and i think it is so. One way or another ,both legendary perfomers ,everyone has his own favourite. I hundred percent agree I love Eminem don't get me wrong but Tupac is a legend and is better than him don't get me wrong Eminem has said it himself Eminem is a goat and Tupac is a legend my two favorite rappers of all time

I have so much love for Pac. On any given track he bodies people. On a crap beat he lifts it while other rappers can’t carry. His voice and energy breathes life on anything he touches. Not many rappers can do this.

I don't know if Run D.M.C. could really be considered King of Rock, they didn't really do rock music to be granted that title. The only one rock song I remember them doing was Walk This Way with Aerosmith. King of Rap = 2Pac Prince of Rap = Eminem King of Pop = Michael Jackson Princess of Pop=Britney Spears (arguably) King of Rock = Elvis Prince of Rock = Rolling Stones King of Reggae = Bob Marley Prince of Reggae = None

I've always felt that way too. Yes he was good, but his music, to me, just didn't have much meaning or substance to it. I believe, (and I mean absolutely no disrespect towards Biggie or his fans), but I believe the only reason he is considered a "legend" is because of his connection to 2Pac and his untimely death, also connected to 2Pac. I think had he not beefed with 2Pac and was still murdered, he would've just been known as a decent New York rapper. 2Pac was already a legend before he died. Biggie wasn't considered a legend until after he died. Had he lived, he probably would be legitimately involved in the Greatest Rapper list by now.
