Songs like this, were Em's therapy. They are his expression of the pain he was feeling due to the shit that was going on in his life at the time. He acted out his innermost fucked up thoughts and feelings, through these songs. The shit he would never actually do, but wanted to do because of his pain, he acted out in song form. This shit helped him get out all of that anger, hatred, and pain, in a creative way.

This is actually a prequel to Bonnie & Clyde. Him dragging her at the end is the same dragging sound at the beginning of Bonnie & Clyde and this track leads into B&C.

About this song, Em said some he was going through his drama with Kim he just imagined her standing in front of him and screaming at her to her face. The imagery is crazy. It's like a short film.

Kim is the prequel to Bonnie & Clyde. You hear the body dragging at the end of Kim and it's the beginning of Bonnie & Clyde I thought Stevie would catch that but don't think he did.

When you get a chance. He apologized to Kim in the song "Bad Husband." For this song. He also performed this live once while she was in the audience with a friend. She ended up going home and slitting her wrists. This whole song was wild.

When Eminem is portraying a character he really gets into the bag. The contradictions are on purpose, he does that to show how psychotic he is. Another example is in “Stan” throughout.
