Is there any artist who has been more loyal to Dre than Eminem (Say what you say) ? How many times has he mentioned some OGs names that even black rappers never mentioned (epmd 2) ? How many times did he condemn and rejected the bad treatments made to black people (Adventure of the moon man) ? He has even defended black people against Trump (Like home). He did more than enough to prove who he is. Actions speak more than interview. He is a Rapper and real rappers speak through their songs, not in interviews. You put it on an album instead and it's immortalized forever, currently as I'm typing this, Encore has sold 11 million worldwide and has 2.1 billion streams, reaching way more ears than a press release apology would. Yellow Brick Road is fine, he apologized on wax and the point I'm making was that Benzino claimed that Em never acknowledged it or apologized, which is false. And I know you're really not acting like you couldn't listen to Yellow Brick Road for free, Encore came out 2004/2005 not the 80's, music was just as easily accessible as it is now with Limewire and Napster running rampant. So no, you didn't have to buy it to listen to it, and that's such a weird ass narrative to push.

Even Benzino called Dre one of the greatest producers ever here in this clip… So why isn’t Benzino getting mad at Dre for loving Eminem and mentoring him, etc? Em even rapped on Zeus, “Black people saved my life” and used most of his acceptance speech at the Rock & Roll HOF to pay homage to all those before him. 6. Lastly, Benzino claims that he was one of the most powerful and influential voices in hip-hop back in the 80’s & 90’s. OK… let’s go with that. In 2003, Em has only been on the professional scene for 4 years compared to Benzino’s decades. During their beef in 2003, Hailie was only 8 years old and Benzino rapped this on “Better Lose Yourself” (Benzino’s version), “Make me come to Detroit and put the gun to Haillie (Blaow)” AND another 2003 rap Die Another Day he rapped, ““Tell Hailie it ain’t safe no more (nah) Daddy better watch your back at the candy store You F’d up Resort to plan B, f around, she end up like JoeBenet Ramsey” My point is this powerful voice in hip-hop threatened to murder Em’s 8-year-old girl… In Doomsday pt 2 Em is lamenting that he can’t work with Coi Leray because of her dad. And Benzino is out here complaining about how unfairly his family has been treated?!?!

Z-No is gaslighting so much, he could blow up a coal mine. He's so quick to deflect and talk about the abridged history of hip-hop in order to justify his need to talk smack about ONE rapper. And all his talk about "The Machine"? The Source was a BIG part of the machine! Other magazines like Rap Pages and Rap Sheet were stomped out like WWE did WCW. It's by sheer opportunity and professionalism that XXL was able to dethrone The Source. Benzino did so much damage to The Source's reputation that when they published their first issue after ousting him, they put "Now 100% Benzino Free" on the cover! The one thing Benzino should have done then and should be doing now is stay in his lane.

What did I learn from this interview. I'm an Em fan = I'm a racist...damn. My homeboy wrote a paper in HS about how funny it would be to have a white holoca...(you know the rest). No one holds it against him 25yrs later. Although when he gets drunk he still apologizes to every white dude around. Haha Not condoning what Em wrote but to Stevie's point if he says sorry a million times it's not going to change someone like Benzino's mindset.
