Emirates Economy Class Review | How's Their 777-300ER Economy Class in 2024?
This is my 2nd flight with Emirates and the first time on their 777-300ER. Today we will be flying with Emirates to Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport from Dubai International Airport. Our flight originally started with Emirates at London Heathrow Airport flying to Dubai on the Airbus A380 last week and this week we fly to Kenya. Is Emirates Economy Class still as good as most people say in 2024? Let's find out in today's trip report.

Emirates is the world's largest international airline, flying to 158 destinations in 85 countries. Emirates operates 269 aircraft and is the world's largest operator of the Airbus A380 and Boeing 777.
The Boeing 777, commonly referred to as the Triple Seven, is an American long-range wide-body airliner developed and manufactured by Boeing Commercial Airplanes. The 777 is the world's largest twinjet and the most-built wide-body airliner.
You might ask why didn't you film your experience on the ground at Nairobi Airport? I was not allowed to film and more significantly immigration was horrible. The officer asked for an extra £50 due to a 1-month visa not being enough for a 28-day stay. After speaking with multiple individuals they refused entry unless I paid again when I already had a valid visa! Scamming tourists at an international airport is disgusting.

Nothing comes close to the outstanding beauty of the 777 300er, the 777 itself is an engineering masterpiece. I love the 777 from the sound of start up if the ge90 115b all the way to the feeling of the powerful takeoff from inside, the 777 is truly a engineering masterpiece. Also thanks for sharing such a wonderful vlog. Ah nostalgia is at it again!

I took a full 777 Emirates flight from Manila to Dubai, last week. Everything was fine but the food was a big disappointment. My A380 premium economy to IAH however was almost exceptional.

Hi Randolph, Food can be a hit on miss on EK half of my flights the main meal was exceptional, the other 2 were OK and 1 was Terrible. Yes for sure their A380 Premium Economy looks amazing and comes in handy on a long flight!

This was this plane refurbished? I read that they are refurbishing economy class cabins and seats.

Hi Mario, A6-ENR hasn't been refurbished yet. Emirates is indeed refurbishing 120 aircraft. They've refurbished some A380s and installed their new premium economy. Once 67 A380s have been refurbished they will start refurbishing 53 777s. I think for this plane they might have changed the IFE screen a while ago and that's about it.

So was that actually FILMED in 2024? The title doesn't make sense otherwise.

It was filmed in 2023, but still relevant for this year that's why I changed the title :)
