11 ай бұрынThe London Gatwick Emirates lounge is in the usual bland Dubai Bling colours of Emirates, with little exciting in the way of variety.

The London Gatwick Emirates lounge has superb buffet stylecatering, an OK bar, and decent showers, but little in the way of an outside view. Yet, the best thing that can be said about it is that it has a lovely feature fountain.

Is there a separate lounge for Emirates (and Qantas?) First Class at Gatwick? First and business both had access to the same lounge in Heathrow whenever I travelled, although that was pre-Covid.

Alas no, Emirates never provide any separate facilities for First passengers in their outstation lounges. In Singapore, Sydney and Melbourne you can use the Qantas First lounge (and shortly LHR), but at Gatwick, everyone is lumped in together.

A bit bland and no bacon of course but at least not crowded and if you like salmon you are larffin'.
