If you still need a travel mug redbubble might be worth looking at. They seal and insulate well, the hole you drink out of is better than the sippy cup lids imo, but not perfect

Unrelated thing: Contigo Snapseal. It is pretty much the only travel mug that doesn't suck. They come in two packs at Walmart and Amazon for pretty cheap. I prefer the curvy one with the grip over the sleek but slippery all aluminum one.

I am going from memory here as I have no desire to watch the video again, the presenter would be intolerable a second time buuuuuuuttttt.... this is whats called as escrow scam. The company takes your money in advance of providing goods services or consideration, delays delivery in exchange for a promise and uses that money to invest, thus earning benefits from holding your money. In an ordinary situation, if you head down to your local market and and buy the same or similar product, you receive the benefit of the exchange immediately. Or maybe it isn't. Its been a long time since Is aw the video and I have no particular desire to resubject myself to it. Thankfully, 11 likers were smart enough to work out what I was saying.

I get what you're saying and I mostly agree--well said. Also, be nice to Paula! This may be the internet, but everyone is important and deserves the benefit of the doubt and a little kindness.

I get the feeling that even though you used the term "apologizing" you actually meant something more akin to "rationalizing" I think the point she's trying to get across is that there's a difference between scummy/bad business practices, versus outright illegal and deceptive ones. Calling something a scam just because you're not happy with it isn't fair to the staff of the business, who might be trying to do their best, but have to deal with management's bad decisions (anyone who's worked for a large retail chain will likely be all too familiar with this) What's more I don't think she's necessarily trying to justify it, but give people a little more background on something they might not be very familiar with. She explicitly stated that she thinks it was a mistake for them to continue to offer the package with the mug for sale, when the mug was sold out. If I'm missing or overlooked something then please let me know. I feel like there's a lot more to your statement than you actually posted.
