This tune represents a clubbing era. First heard it at The Flamingo in Blackpool around 2002-03. A friend spoke to the DJ and he told him there was white label vinyl presses in HMV Blackpool, so we bought a copy the day after the night before. Another DJ friend burnt the vinyl onto a cd copy which I still possess today. Amazing memories when I hear this tune, what a great time to be a young clubber, the noughties was the last great clubbing decade 😊🎉🕺🏻

I was Ibiza in 1971, literally a few weeks before the Guardia rounded up the hippies and young tourists, shot and wounded a few, then kicked off the island and sent them back to the mainland: the Ibizans did NOT sppreciate the loud all-night music and noise.

Many years ago as a kid, I found an album in a music store that turned out to be nothing more than about five different versions of this track. I listened to it almost incessantly. I have since lost it in my travels, but I love it no less.

In hazy retrospect 20 odd years ago this song turned me from a grunge loving flunky in to a trance loving gal literally overnight, this was epic at the time and still sounds awesome now, so glad I found it...like some others I searched the opera song, but finally found it, thanks internet :D

Привет из 23г )) Я хорошо запомнил эту мелодию, старший брат когда-то слушал еë на кассете, на каком то сборнике, мне вспоминалась эта мелодия, и думал, услышать бы еë где-то, названия не знаю, но такая заводная она была тогда, в 99м году, мне было 11 лет.. И вот, 23й год, мне 36 лет, нашлась мелодия, снова слушаю и улетаю в детство... ) и вы знаете, актуалтности она не потеряла, и сейчас, такая-же энергичная и заводная))

Nie pamiętam, ale nutka No.1 dla mnie. Szkoda, że nie imprezowałem w tych czasach. teraz "hitem" jest despacito 4mld wyswietlen na youtube w 8miesiecy, a takie nutki jak ta, jak dobiją do 1mln przez 20 lat to bedzie sukces. Jestem rocznik '92 i żałuję, że nie mogłem imprezować w najlepszych latach polskiej muzyki klubowej.

2021 in the house...... Seriously....in the fucking house.....STILL...... BUT, just had my 2nd vax yesterday so in two weeks I will venture back out in the world again. Until then I will continue to find old music from my past and be relieved me and mine survived this crazy year+some of history we just went through. This amazing old track makes my old fat ass want to get out there and dance like hell to celebrate getting through it. Maybe I will hit a rave when we can have them again. Been 20 years since I went to one. Last one I went too I was 26 celebrating Y2K. some people were hiding in their closets with bleached water waiting for the world to end. I thought if the world was going to end I was going to be dancing.

AUPA SORAYA!!! solo aquellos que tuvimos la gran suerte de vivir aquellos maravillosos años sabemos que fue un antes y un despues, como todos los movimientos sociales la musica siempre estara unida a un momento en que el ser humano avanza o simplemente se estanca en su propia comodidad incluso ignorancia personal, en nuestro caso quiereo decir la generacion a la que yo pertenezco vivimos un momento unico a nivel social, donde conviviamos durante muchas horas personas de cualquier nacionalidad,religion o estatutus social, fuimos un claro ejemplo de como solo y sin dejarnos influenciar de gentuza como dirigentes politicos el ser humano es capaz de empatizar con el resto simplemente con un mensaje en forma de melodia musical, un saludo enorme para ti.
