Hey, Vincent Kline, you don't have to be sad, except for what happened to Anne. The diary has been proven real and true, not a fake at all. Now, don't you feel better? The only ones who claim that it's fake are those loathsome Holocaust deniers.

While I am usually against arguing with people online, I find that I simply can't contain myself here: only the most ignorant of people would try to assume, without a single iota of solid evidence that has been widely tested and inarguably proven, that the diary is a fake. To quote Anne, I "want to believe that people are truly good at heart" but to have someone deny the diary's authenticity and, in some cases, the Holocaust fills me with absolute indignation. Only an ignoramus would presume to do such -- and it was this kind of attitude (trying to judge something when you have no proof) that led to the deaths of six million Jews and over ten million people world-wide. Don't let us repeat the mistakes of the past, let us learn from them and, in doing so, create a better world -- a better tomorrow -- for the next generation. I hope this is something that we can all agree upon.
