Hey emma i love these videos!! They give me a lot of motivation to get through high school to run in college. I have a question though, do you pay for these kinds of things like the house you stayed in this vlog or the hotel you stayed in for travel meets, or is it all covered by the program?

It was awesome! I love camp. People on my team run all sorts of different mileage! I won't go into specifics out of respect for my coach and team though, I'm sorry!

Hey im a junior in high school and i was thinking if you could give me advice in running my 5k pr is 16:35, 1600 pr is 4:48, 800 pr is 2:05 and i don't think this times will take me far

I really want to get faster prs but i feel like im not getting any faster. I have been running the whole summer with my cross country team and still running but i havent seen any result in my past races the fastest 5k i ran was a 17:34

I live in South Africa, your very privileged! Things arnt as nice here but we have very fast runners for Girls and Boys but the girls usually get pregnant befor the get know as runners😅 Its sad.
