Research shows that there is one thing you can easily add to your family's daily habits that can very quickly improve multiple aspects of your baby's sleep.
2 separate studies show that doing this helps babies fall asleep faster, fall asleep earlier (earlier bed times), wake less often during the night, and have increased sleep duration.
While I can't say this will work for every family (we know there are no certainties with these things), it's so easy to do, I think it's definitely worth trying with your baby.
I hope it helps!

Never put the white noise player in the crib or next to it. And never have the volume high. Loud white noise will damage your baby’s hearing permanently.

A pre-sleep routine is something simple for me, it’s brush teeth, reading the same bedtime book, milk then lights out /white noise on and going to sleep

I have one question if anyone can answer it would be great. My baby always wakes up 30 min in to s nap. ALWAYS. She's 5 month old. Started this behaviour at 3 months only. Why is it like that?

We naturally fell into a sleep routine pretty soon after my son was born and slowly added things as needs changed. now at 7 mo. We eat solids 1 hr and a bottle 30 minutes before bed. Change diaper, change into pjs, a quick massage, brush teeth, sleep sack, lights out and a fan on and he knows it’s time for bed as soon as sleep sack is on. He didn’t sleep well until he moved into a crib. Now he sleeps 9-10 hrs a night and 2-3 more hrs cuddling with his dad after a feed

My baby cries a lot during witching hours and I wish rocking him to sleep with a lullaby would work but there are nights where we just try 10 different things and take turns. How to establish a bed time routine when the baby is incredibly fuzzy and you’re just in survival mode?

Can this be considered a routine: Enter room, turn off lights, rock while shushing to sleep, put in bed...

I implemented a pre bedtime routine the day after leaving the hospital, but breastfeeding her to sleep and staying by her side or going for a walk with her being in the carrier are the only things that work. My daughter is close to 9 months now. I tried everything to separate feeding and sleeping, but she just refuses to calm down without the breast in her mouth, no singing, rocking oder cuddling helps. It feels like crying it out when I put her to bed every time of the day and night. Any advice?

What about night terrors? My daughter (15 months) slept so well until a month ago, when the problems started. She cries being sleeping, she moves (even catwalk) she didn't want to sleep earlier... Last night was a nightmare because she was crying very hard and it was impossible to confort her.

My baby is 77days old now. He was sleeing fine for about 2hrs nap or 10mins nap during day with wake window of 45mins to 90mins. But for the past two weeks, he sleeps only 10mins when hand Swing in traditional cloth cradle and wakes up instantly without any reflux or tiredness.. when further hand swing sleeps for 20mins and wakes instantly again.. further when hand swing done sleeps for abt 45mins. This is how day long nap is going on and after about one full cycle of 10mins, 20mins and 45mins baby no longer sleeps, so i assume it to be wake window and play with my baby. Then when sleep cues start i hand swing to sleep. Is it normal ? Please suggest

We are expecting our first this July. I am probably overthinking this, but I am seeking insight on a baby mobile for the crib --as trivial as it might be. Should a mobile have subtle & relaxing colors or brilliant & stimulating ones? Aren't colorful & high contrast objects around the crib counterintuitive to a strategy that establishes it as a place for sleep?
