Two of the best characters gone💔Probably one of the saddest funerals I’ve seen in a soap for a long time.

I like to think that Faith held Liv's hand on her journey into the beyond and when they both get there they are greeted by Lisa and Gerry. The matriarch of the Dingle's and Liv's best friend. And I hope they both said hello to baby Grace as well.

I know this will be lost amonegst all the other wonderful comments- but I just needed to say, that liv saved my life. As a confused, asexual person, liv was the only person in the media who made sense to me, and showed me that you can be a real person while being ace. I owe my life to Emmerdale, Liv flaherty/Dingle, and Isobel steele

Fantastic episode tonight. Beautifully written and acted perfectly by everyone - especially Vinny and Cain. Beautiful moment when Kyle hugged his dad 💕 Also loved that we got to see Faith again. She looked stunning. Amazing moment when the entire village placed their Beautiful roses down aswell. Well done Emmerdale 👏

Thankyou Emmerdale thankyou so so much for these really powerful but emotional storylines. Love the song used when all the villages were standing on Main Street throwing the white roses as Faith and Liv passed. Made me think of there time on Emmerdale specially when Laurel applauded Liv for not drinking the alcohol she was serving to the customers on 24th August 2021 and Faith when she was dancing at Marlon and Jessie’s wedding 25th December 2019 she then told David that she hadn’t seen Maya and told him to dance with her🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤also not forgetting bout Leanna, Andrea and Ben made me think of them as well wishing Meena had a better storyline as they should of let her try her scheming plans in Charles and Andrea as you could see Manpreet standing there next to Wendy felt sorry cause she been through a lot

Liked how before this, when the two hearses were going to the church and everyone put a flower down, even Zak ( ( who can’t personally handle funerals anymore) had a picture taken of him removing his cap.

Zak wasn’t there in person because he said he couldn’t handle any more funerals. People may think this strange, but in his time he’s lost two sons ( Ben and Butch), his daughter in law (Alice). his brother (Shadrach), his great niece (Grace)and his wife (Lisa). Plus, of course, Alfie. I suppose there comes a time when it becomes too much.

I had just lost a close family member so I skipped this episode back when it originally aired. Finally got in the right mindset to watch because I loved both characters. Loved Faith because she was often spunky like one of my Grandmothers. And Liv…because in a way…I feel we watched her grow from that kid that knee’d Robert in the groin after stealing Aarons money to the wonderful person she blossomed into. I’ve never liked when soaps kill off younger characters (I’m looking at you EastEnders) mostly because I see so much potential in the possibilities of the young characters. Then again…that’s how life works sometimes. Some people go away young, unfinished and with so many possibilities. I am happy that Danny Miller came back for the anniversary. Aaron was a huge part in Liv’s life and is part of the reason Liv became the person she grew into. They did a wonderful job celebrating both a young and an older life. Now…if they could just get Danny Miller AND Ryan Hawley back for lets say…3 months (or permanently…but I’m not greedy)…to reunite Aaron and Robert and walk them off into the sunset together…I’d be the happiest of Emmerdale fans.

Poor Liv did deserve better especially when Meena framed her for Ben's murder which she got wrongly imprisoned and Aaron and the whole Dingle family disowned her.
