Although I’m a fan of rich dark wood - with darker wood color in kitchen area; I agree the home needs multiple upgrades. I like the theatre, but the windows take away from the dark cozy idea. Rate it a 6.5

Everybody is grown and he's single, so why stay in big mansion by yourself. The mansion looks cold and lonely 😔

I watched one episode of their reality show honestly Emmitt came across as very cave man like he was telling her that he expected dinner on the table everyday at 7pm. The whole episode he came across as demanding.

I can almost guarantee that the stuff he was asking to be done was being done with no issues…… but all of a sudden it’s issue and NOW she ready to go ok ……smh

1st of all in the new millineum never put a house or mansion on the markt and there's VCR's or old 90's design in the frame shots, you will not be able to sell, or it will take very long to sell but Emmitt will only get 1.2 for this pad, Getting your actual price that you're asking for is rare, so he'll end up taking a 1 million dollar hit for this place, that I rate a modest 5 to 5.5 at best....FACTS 💯

Just because a house needs updating doesn't mean it should have that low of a rating. It should be a 6.5 to 6.75. Kitchen and two other rooms do need it but overall it can be a !!beautiful home. Ijs!

I agree it's lucky to get a 5. I would give it a 4. To many updates are needed, for the price. builder grade house, you would need to put to much money into it. A four for me.

I give this a 6. I agree I do not like all that wood. I like wood that's dark. The floor in the bathroom and bedroom was dated too imo. Dark marble is giving me 80s feel. The tile with the diamond definitely giving me late 80s, early 90s feel. The closet was just ok. And that gameroom with that carpet and red chairs big H no! I do not like stuff like that.

@@TheRealEstateInsider she actually moved into a new mansion I think in 2017 or 2018 the only outside pic I saw was the promo between her & Gladys Knight during versus! Beautiful home though!!
