Ok Tik Tom recipes... I’ve got one for you. I saw this Gordon Ramsey reacts video where the folks were making “fake wagyu” steaks. They made them by grounding cheaper meat and fat and adding gelatin and then cooking them sou vide. You have tried real wagyu before, so I am curious if this works from your opinion. That sounds interesting. But if they're using ground meat, how would it be different from just a burger patty with added fat? The reason why Wagyu is great is because you get the fat marbling in the form of a steak.

Are you sure it was gelatin? Theres a powder I'm not sure of the real name but cooks call it meat glue. It's used to stick scraps together to make one bigger cut of meat. People have also stuck together differing meats with similar cook times & temps. It looks like it would be so much fun to experiment with!

I don't think something like that would be for emmy, she's comfortable in her own house and like she's said she doesn't even go to KZfaq conventions because it's just not her and not something she's comfortable with.

@jay I wouldn't be surprised, she's got a lot of subscribers, gets lots of views and is incredibly friendly and everyone likes her too so putting that into her own show would easily give her own show high ratings. Another problem with doing her own show is she may even need to leave her home to do it and she wouldn't leave her family.

@@kellywood354 That IS meringue lmao. She just added corn starch to it for the fluffy "bread" texture. When you bake meringue by itself is when it becomes harder and has a sort of shell.

Lisa Cofrancesco That’s why you need a flavoring oil. They are much stronger than extracts, I got strawberry flavor from Walmart and it masks the egg taste pretty well.

Recipe (for me to look back on) Ingredients -Cornstarch: 10g/ 1 tbsp + 1tsp -Sugar: 30g/ 2 tbsp+ 1 tsp - 3 egg whites -Beat whites until frothy -Slowly incorporate sugar and cornstarch -Beat until stiff peaks form -Line baking pan with parchment paper -Shape as you like -Put into 350 oven for about 20-25 mins

That’s what egg yolks look like when chickens walk around outside in their yard and eat stuff found on the ground like worms etc. It’s weird and cool. Blue chickens created those eggs.

The cloud bread i was familiar with from a while back was actually cream cheese softened and mixed with egg yolk then folded into whipped egg whites and baked. I've never seen this version before but was interesting none the less

But angel food cake is an ACTUAL cake with flour, this is just a meringue :D Pavlova is a much better dessert if you like meringue, with whipped cream and fruits as toppings

More sugar, some vanilla extract or other flavoring, lower heat in the oven and let it stay in for a long time to dry out and BOOM you got a huge meringue. If you're making smaller meringues for like cake decoration and don't want to risk them getting burned you can use a dehydrator. I set mine to 70 degrees celsius (158 Fahrenheit) and let it completely dry out. Works like a charm.

I made it yesterday, ITS NOT LIKE BREAD TRUST ME. It’s more like a merengue mixed with a marshmellow, it has the consistency of cotton candy. And it’s REALLY sugary. It’s not good and my stomach began to hurt after 3 bites. Would not recommend.

I remember reading a book when I was little. It was a book about a family that collects clouds and make cloud bread and when they eat it they float. It's a Korean book, or at least I have the Korean copy of it. It's short yet a story I like reading every so often. (It's a children's book btw)

She literally shares her mistakes and mishaps..... have you not seen those or are you choosing to look last those? Yes, she finds a way to get a great end result but it's not done without a lot of sweat and tears. I feel it's more realistic to appreciate the things she goes through to get us these results rather than thinking shes flawlessly producing these items. Sorry if that sounds harsh or mean. I was trying to word it in a respectful manner

After having issues with HelloFresh (undelivered boxes, expired/missing ingredients, difficulty unsubscribing, etc.) I read about a lot of others with similar problems. Never had any issues with Blue Apron and they're cheaper (higher rated in unbiased reviews online as well).

my favorite low carb bread lol, u can add ingredients to make them savory or sweet. And when u wrap it in a paper towel and store it in a bread basket, it becomes more "bready" and can be used as a bun alternative

I have the same oven - your cook time was super helpful and spot on. I took your advice on the vanilla (added 1/4 tsp extract) and it really cut down on the eggy flavor without making it overly sweet. Also, I let it cool in the oven for about 15 minutes before tearing it open like a tik tok star. All in all, I really enjoyed the light and fluffy "bread", thanks for the recipe!

I’ll be honest. Hello fresh is amazing we used it for a while! Only issue I found was that a lot of the same things for the weeks so there’s a lot of the same meals just a different sauce. But it’s really good. I enjoyed it! Just so we can get a real opinion on someone who isn’t sponsored in any way ☺️

Hello Fresh was pretty tasty for my bf and I, we both enjoyed it. Even though I messed up the first 2 boxes and just dumped all the separately packaged ingredients together. Apparently, they don't all come pre-measured! Lol.

I grew up eating "Potato Candy" around Christmas time, its LITERALLY a dough made of mashed potatoes and powdered sugar, roll it out spread your favorite peanut butter on it, roll it up like a cinnamon roll fridge until firmed, slice it, ENJOY 😘💜💜

The "egg" flavor does go away with time! I made something very similar to this often and I prefer to save it in the fridge for the next day. My version uses almond flour, and no sugar. The idea is you can put anything on/with it, so it can be sweet or savory.
