I am struggling from healing a broken heart because of a situationship that i never expected will put me through this pain i am feeling few months now. I am trying so hard to let go and move on from this person but everytime i am doing it i find myself looking back and asked myself what has gone wrong. My lord. I was hurting so bad still am but I decided to come to terms with it. Although people may never acknowledge the hurt they caused you. Stop trying to work through your emotional trauma (by staying busy and ignoring by your pain and issues) Slowdown & settle in a still place with God and expose to God what's bothering you 🙏 3. Focus on personal improvement 4. Settle into acceptance some things change some things don't 5. Release every offender 6. Trust that God has a master plan for your life! ( No matter how it looks currently) Honorable Mentions 🎖 Most people cannot heal because they won't give themselves permission to feel Society has conditioned us to feel guilty for our fears, doubts, and insecurities Articulate what you feel make no apologies for doing so especially if you're expressing yourself in grace and honor conflict is naturally uncomfortable as long as you are not operating in sin you are free to express what feel! It's better to express it than hold it in! Feelings are designed to pass through us; They can never exit until they are acknowledged When you acknowledge your feelings God moves in! Barriers to our emotional healing is too tied to the opinions & thoughts of people! We have to get to a point where we don't care PERIOD! Our healing matters more 💕 Anyone that can't handle your healing process is not designed for your future James 5 confess your faults one to another That you may be healed 🕊 The prayers of a righteous man are powerful and effective 🙏 Alignment happens when you surrender to sovereignty!! You cannot marry history and then go on a date with destiny❣💯 If you want to go into your destiny you have to divorce your history! I needed this word so desperately I was just saying this to God in my prayers un despair as I was facing spiritual warfare without knowing why I’m being afflicted so severely spiritually and physically attacked over and over and over like Job and I was purposely giving the Lord glory in my suffering until someone asked me how I’m doing and as I began to tell them I heard myself expressing the suffering and when I hung up I began to cry I had to go pray to God in confusion and anger frustrated because I needed to know if I’m being punished or tested and he later revealed he’s actually pleased with me and the devil was hating that I was clinging to God saying glory to God if you want me to suffer Lord I trust you I love you you must have a reason for this but when I did cry after that phone call I expressed to God that I feel traumatized by the emotional roller coaster of not knowing if I’m safe I don’t know if what I’m going through is truly a punishment or just a testing or if I’m doing the right things or taking the right steps by faith and he was leading me to this video multiple times yesterday but I kept getting blocked from watching it distracted and even now I was watching a different video and this one just started playing on its own and I prayed to God tell me more about what’s happening am I doing the right things and now this video and you’re expressing exactly what I just prayed expressing the exact same words that I feel emotionally traumatized by God so now I’m smiling because I’m amazed yet again how faithful and loving kind God truly is I will suffer in peace knowing I haven’t sinned against him because I trust him I’m only a few minutes into this video and I will listen to the rest of it in awe of God thank you pastor!❤️
