අඹන්පොල ගම් උදාවක් හැදුව. ඒකට ගැඹුරු නල ලිං 4 ඉදිකලා. ඒ නල ලිං ඉදිකලේ පුෂ්පකුමාරගෙ කහඹිලියා වත්තෙ. ඉතා වටිනා ජල පොම්ප සවිකරල 3 phase විදුලිය සැපයුවා. ගම් උදාව ඉවර වුනාට පසුව ජල පොම්ප ක්‍රියාත්මක කරන්න ඉඩ දුන්නෙ නැහැ. අදත් ඒ පොම්ප කහඹිලියා වත්තෙ අඹ ගස් වලට ජල සම්පාදනය කරනව.

😊ගම් උදාවල රාජකාරි කරපු නිලධාරීයකු විදිහට පුෂ්පකුමාරගෙ unbalance මානසික තත්ත්වය හොඳින්ම දැක්ක. උදාහරණයක් විදිහට කඹුරුපිටිය ගම් උදාවෙ පු. කු. මාර පිස්සුවක් කෙලිය. ගම් උදා කොඩිය, ජාතික කොඩිය සහ තවත් කොඩියක් උස්සන්න ඕනෑ වුනා. ඒ කොඩි කණු සවිකර තිබුනෙ පොකුණු 3 කින් එක පොකුණක් මැද. ඒ පොකුණු 3 වතුර වැස්ස නිසා මඩ ව්ස්ගුරක් වුනා. අපිට තිබුන අභියෝගය තමයි මේ පොකුණු වල වතුර නිල් කැටේ වගේ පිරිපහදු කරන එක. අපි ඒක කලා. ගම් උදාවෙ වැඩ any cost පද්ස්නමේ. පුෂ්පකුමාරගෙ කැමැත්ත ඒක තමයි.

This is very important discussion. Professionals should work on these things. But unfortunately most of the higher level officers in the government officers want to facilitate themselves only, using vehicles and go for high salary. Very few people wants to do the feasible and well functioning projects. Sadly, most of the time those people can not do the right thing due to the political powers. Officers who obey to the minister and the chairman can be survived.

Be careful how you handle Emotional Intelligence. Failures have led to negative outcomes in the western society. And this was a thing that came out about 15 years ago and suitability is debatable now!!! Schools introduced this subject and expanded very negative outcomes in young adults and ultimately dropped off. So be careful when you play mind games.
