I greatly appreciate these videos. I've been all over looking for information and knowledge about hcm. The one thing that I have noticed is that lack of men giving or adding there opinion or there experiences with HCM. Personally as a man I understand. When I was first diagnosed 3 years ago it made me take a look at the last 20 years of my life and how HCM progressed. The mental side of it and all of the pushing through symptoms without knowing that something is not right with you takes a big toll on you emotionally and physically..

Yes its the anxiety the tachycardia i hate.. i try not to allow my emtions an thoughts to activate this adrenaline...

You mentioned data about EF dropping to 45 and then 7 years to transplant. Can you advise where this data can be found?
