@Charles Newman You can buy whole house surge suppressors from Lowes or Home Depot. In the EMP Shield founder's own words, "..it is a surge suppressor." I have a playlist called "EMP Hardening" there is a lot of information to cover regarding modern EMP technology and capabilities.

We've had one for yrs. Love Stan Deyo. I can testify that in a lightning storm it cuts the power a split second bf it stikes. This has happened several times. Worth every penny.

I got 3 for my vehicles during the holiday sales. If it works, then the people I love would be able to come home or at least get out the city. If it doesn't , at least I tried. The money spent on it did not hurt me when I bought, now, or even later. it was money that I would probably throw away on jumk.

I have 6 of them. I put one on my quad, 2 on my RV, one on my homes breaker box and the last 2 on my vehicles. I’ve had these for 2 years. Very easy to install. I was first introduced to this product when they put one on my cruiser from the Fed govt. if the feds are using them then everyone should get them.

An elctromagnetic pulse suppressor has "RF" attributes that implicate inductance resistance(impedence) in lengthy wire and radiuses shorter than 8". For best results, *Shorten the wire distance to device, and rout a direct connection (not circular loop) to your fw ground as it will exhibit high "impedence" to the suppressor reducing "clamping effectiveness.

I did it and it works, I took my Drs. advice too, I took the Jabs, and Booster and if MY drs. say to do it again, I trust my DRs. for over 50 years and one over 20 that did heart bypass on me in 1999, tell me why I shouldn't listen to my Drs, at 77 years old.

Couple of obvious ones: always leave a gap between you and the car in front so that you can get out asap, lock the doors when stopped. For back up, carry a C/vid test and draw in the test positive line in an obvious manner - show it to anyone at the window., cough a bit...and watch them run. Failing that and it is a bad situation, use the car to 'move them'. (J turn?)

All you need is a car or truck that has points and plugs a carburetor and condenser anything before 1986 so 1985 or earlier. Hope this helps

I was wondering about the spark plugs, wires, and battery too. Of course it would all have to be in a faraday cage. If you had a manual shift, you could roll start it. Just thinking outloud.

I would love to get one now. We lost our car and was given the run around by the dealership so they wouldn't honor the warranty. We then thought we had found one with a guy from his work come to find out, it had problems. I knew that as soon as others stuck their nose in it and had a problem with me wanting to test drive it. That never happened. God works in mysterious ways and I thank him for it all. I would love to get one when we find a car even do the financing if available then too if needed. Thank you for the instructions too. Love that you shared this with us. Please keep us in your prayers everyone. Went to the doc again today. Another chest x ray, antibiotics, shots, and balloons to blow up ever other hour. J still has pneumonia and cvid. I still have Cvid. I don't have the flu anymore but still have totally different symptoms. Everything tastes like a SALT lick or somethings super intense. He loves spicy food normally. But can't eat anything like that now. But my breathing is like I'm breathing thru a filter. It's like I'm breathing in cold hospital air all the time. I don't know how to explain it really. I really hope you all and your family is doing great. We're praying for you always. Love you guys.

Back in the old days of ham radio people stuck a pin thru the coax shield to the center conductor. Pulled it back a little to remove short. Watch vswr. It will stop an EMP thru the antenna, not direct to radio.

If your vehicle cranks/runs by a computer this is worthless, It will take much more than this to protect your vehicle, if it was this simple our manufactures would have already installed them.......this is from a military mechanic. Can you say snake oil in the 1 st. degree, LOL

Differant type of electricty.. the human body electrical pulses are much faster than a emp. So an emp would just pass right through you without you even noticing.but it is said if you are holding on to something, say your fridge you may be hit. Would or could be like getting hit by lightning.unless your house has an emp protection...im not an expert on tbis but i have done some research because i had the same question

Doesn't hurt people who are all person, i.e. pacemakers etc. It has happened in the past look it up. There were not that many electronics back then so not many even noticed.

Yes the door will unlock. Unhook your battery cable and try it mine unlocks with no problems. It's a manual override.

Hello Danny, I am interested in this product after watching your video and subsequently went to their website. They stated how good their product was and that it had been tested by the military, etc., etc. However, they say a picture is worth a thousand words. Like you, I'm a little older and have learned the old adage "trust, but verify." I did not see any actual videos on their website where they can show this product working when subjected to an electrical burst. Do you know if they have any? I would love to see where they have two cars or anything for that matter side by side (one having the Shield and one not) and subject them to an electrical burst to show that their product works before spending $1,356.00 for their product (home bundle). I don't think I'm asking too much for the maker of the product to show it actually working. I don't think it would be too hard to simulate a lighting strike by hooking up two vehicles with wires that carried a high voltage electrical current burst. Keep up the great videos brother. Cheers

I got on their website, in a nutshell says "shunts (shorts) emf spike to ground".. which O could understand.. the question remains, will it really work? It's a gamble (like do I need a rifle or a pistol first).. but for the money to protect one vehicle, a well worth it gamble, imo.. Reading through comments, them being used in "federal vehicles", I think I may order one tonight for my truck. Everything else that sits, One could disconnect the battery I suppose. Thx for the info.

I checked my cables and I have very different t cables on the battery. I emailed the company to ask about hooking up to them but it’s been a week and I have not had any response. I don’t have the standard posts. I ordered to send a photo but I have had no response.

You can call the company and talk with them . Customer service is really nice and work with people. Marfoogle channel works with this company too and has for about 2 years. For his channel they will do a payment plan . I don't know if they are doing the same for Danny's channel or not. You can ask Danny though.

If it's a one wire alternator you will need it in a faraday box.

Interesting. I'd like to know more about how it works. Does it help protect a grid tie solar system? The home makes sense here. But on a car in the city, it's likely the stalled cars would make getting anywhere hard. Might as well start walking. Might see installing on tractors and such on the farm.

It’s one thing to be prepared and have a backup plan. My grandpa prepared and my dad prepared and I prepared I’m 63 yrs old and still preparing. This is why I don’t buy a new vehicle with all this modern equipment on it. They can see when u leave your driveway. But Danny in my opinion you are panicking and we are not going to get out of this world alive. (FOOD AND WATER is the most important key 🔑 to survival)

First stay out of cities go to small towns. EMP is an electro magnetic pulse. If you have any older vehicle keep extra points and condenser in a faraday box.

There have been some tests done that show that for the most part the worst thing an EMP would do even to modern cars would be to shut it off. You could just restart it. EMPs just are not particularly dangerous unless you have long lines like electric or telephone lines. The very short lines under your hood just are not a major issue. If I had to guess, and this is just a guess, I would guess that this is just a common surge protector with a fancy marketing name.

So my question...emp shields on vech.....they run on gas.....if all hit won't Alex go down which means no gas? So unless you have a lot of fuel stored....how far you going to go if your vehicles run?

I just cant see how that works. it isnt between anything. whats keeping the emp/cme from getting in from the fm radio antenna? what about the vehicle's computer? or electronic ignition? a simple crossing of the battery cable will dry everything electronic. or or any of the wires in the vehicle? i would like to see whats in that box. with 4 Amateur/CB radio antennas on my truck just cant see how this thing works. why not put a fuse in place of that box? there is lighting arresters on the market that would do a better job i think.

@@DeepSouthHomestead understand that part but a emp/cme will look for the most direct path its energy sent through the air. just like lighting right from what i under stand.. and when you have 1 or more antennas on your truck thats where its going to hit first. really same as lighting. but before i buy one i`m going to check with emp shield and ask. i`m thinking being i have 4 antennas on my truck and one of them is 102" nothing is going to protect my truck maybe if each radio it protected it could maybe. ive had lighting hit a mile away and took out 3 CB/HAM radios home stereo and TV and all where grounded and had lighting protection on the antenna . but it came through the power lines.

The only problem is that in such a situation it's likely that on most roads someone wouldn't be able to weave in and around the large numbers of Automobiles disabled on roads, similar to traffic on Highways when a accident happens.

There are other ways they can shut down vehicles as well, my 2018 Chevy has a sticker in the door jam that reads “this vehicle can be disabled by law enforcement” very interesting!

This thing is just a single gang wall outlet with a light switch cover and a sticker to cover the hole. It has power (red wire) ground (black wire) and another ground (green wire) you can get the same results by just running another chassis ground from the battery to the stud that you hooked green wire to.
