I just published an article about these bean-and-tortilla sandwiches from the Mexican state of Nuevo Leon on the Sandwich Tribunal website a few days ago. You can read it here: www.sandwichtribunal.com/2023...

this is the most random video i come across but this was a journey my friend, never seen someone more logical but yet passionate in a recipe, looks like each one of those wouldve been insanely tasty, nice work my dude! keep making vids like this please

Your narration is so calming and evocative! I subbed for that alone, but your footage of the empalmes' preparation that went along with it was good, too.

Wow, not only do I love the content, but I love the absolute poetry that was the narration. Instant subbed, can't wait to see more!

Great video. I'm very interested in Mexican food culture and have never seen this. Thanks for the paced and succinct narration; I felt I was there with you. 🤘

I love the audio book style narration. Firstly you seem to have a great voice for that, secondly you manage to aptly and appetizingply describe what you are doing. Stylisticly it reminds me a bit of Chef John, while still being decidedly its own thing. Nice one!

I watched this whole thing it was just a black screen then I went back to listen to a bit and suddenly the video actually loaded I guess the takeaway is that your narration was so good I watched it without even knowing I missed 80% of the content
