True Denzo, you can't heal if you remain in a toxic environment with toxic individuals. It will cause emotional exhaustion that leads to a nervous breakdown and physical illnesses too. Brain fog and poor concentration are major issues for me when I am in a toxic environment. Working in a toxic environment, one has to ask themselves, is the money worth compromising their mental and physical health? I walked away from a high-paying job because of it. Also, of importance, if you remain in a toxic environment and lash out at individuals who are abusing you, you can ruin your reputation and face legal consequences. It's not worth it.

I think that when our bodies start showing extreme physical illness because of exposure to toxic environments you as a person need to see that it's time to go. It is hard to break away, I know. It took me 14 years to break away from my narcissist family. By then, I developed bell's palsy, high blood pressure, and 2 types of cancer. For me, it was high empathy that kept me in the fold. My mother(Covert Narcissist) was so physically ill. I took care of her financially and physically. I felt sympathy, but I had to leave because she kept trying to destroy my daughter. She kept trying to turn her against me. My daughter had suffered because of my sympathy, and I'm still trying to repair that with as much love as I can. My toxic family have taught me a lot to be honest. I've learned so much from them. They've helped me realize so much about myself. The more they try to distract me the more they tell me who I am. Not just my family but several narcissists I've come across. Sometimes, your enemies are there to awaken you as you evolve. Regardless of this, I still can't wait to leave them. I agree so much with you Denzo, I have to leave and walk away regardless of the circumstances. I just feel that there's something I have to discover about them before leaving, something they have kept secret from me for years. Lately, I've been feeling it has something to do with my childhood or my birth. I've been receiving signs from the Universe pointing towards that direction.I know the truth will come out at the appointment time. Keep spreading your Light and speaking your Truth. Much love 💕

They suck the life out of you. They make us sick inside and out from their negativity and twisted games. Some of them even go as far as to put something toxic in your food the psychos. Watch your backs, run and replenish your light away from those toxic individuals..or groups. 🙏 Be well. God bless.

Yeah it takes about 2 days living with a toxic family member to get panic attacks and low mood , confusion / cant think condition going. It takes a bit more than a day after they leave to clear it (if its a short stay up to a week). You start wanting to leave the house. The worse thing for an empath is to feel trapped with no options but to endure the abuse. That itself can trigger the above state. So just be very creative, when they push their presence on you find places to stay until their visit is over. Generally look out for a sudden drop in your energy levels. Its usually due to someone shouting at you in anger or seemingly shouting about something else in your presence. Any attack can lead to a sudden energy drain. If you notice a pattern with those coming from a certain person , reduce the attention you give to anything they say, make communication only about business and leave as soon as you can.

_2:26__ if it's a job, defenetly quit it, my story from experience working at the Sherwin Williams, I didn't recognize it from management individuals, next thing you know their new hired is trying to hit me with forklifts and vehicle. because I reported it they fired me, then they fought my claim with NV unemployment insurance benefits. they kept the guy and I became homeless. I woke up at 40 and tried to take my family only to realize that they are all Narcs and the reason why I was fkd up in the first place. My Narc mom hurts the most and the hardest to leave I love her no matter but hate her now as well it breaks my heart so conflicted there is no win I hate this but I know she don't care. She is old 70 miserable and all alone how can I leave her fk! She feeds off and drains all my energy I have to walk away or die I can't save her I hate it!
