I appreciate them writing this scene, because it reflects off from history when it came to the Africans using music to communicate a message to eachother on the slave ships. A way of stating a rebellion.

Such a shame they never gave us a piano version of this song, like how Jusse sang Mama with Piano which then got produced to a full instrumental track. I even felt the same with Heavy, the rock versions sounded masterful, but we had to settle with the studio version, which is great, but just saying lol
