Well if you put all empire realism files to data and the campaign files to the campaigns folder and it doesn't work there must be some previous mod leftovers..I suggest to reinstall the game and try again .Remember to clear the user script file too.

No - only battle and campaign mechanics are changed but in a drastic way and it really feels like a different game :) - more then some overhauls mods like darthmod for example.

@@Manco654 Hah- no problem :) Give it a try - there are few interesting mods to choose from but empire realism is imho the best.

@@ThunderForce1299 I’ve had a look at several ETW mods now and also liked what I saw from Imperial Destroyer… if you happen to have any experience with ID, which mod do you think is better?

​@@Manco654 Well imperial destroyer is a complicated thing to recommend or not. It depends what you want from a mod. ID is a total overhaul so it adds many , many , beautifully made units , it expands the rooster of almost every single faction and adds a new ones too. So that's that...ID overhauls the gameplay but not as much as empire realism does and it's doing this a lot worse in my opinion. So gameplay wise empire realism wins this round. Graphics , effects in ID are the same as in my video because these are effects from this mod xD.The economy , overall campaign map gameplay is also totally changed and here starts the bad and the ugly...Economy is very hard and restricted so it's grindy and not realistic at all.The rebellions happen so often that every time you conquer new region you have to sit there with your army forever...it's really annoying...Sure it boosts the difficulty but not in a good way.There are many features cut from vanilla game like region trading , trade ships or few diplomcy options which I don't think was necesarry to cut from the game.Battle gameplay is ok...but nothing really great in comparison to empire realism or even vanilla game which is totally fine. AI on the campaign map is broken for few nations like Prussia for example- they never do anything and are totally passive..so I rather want a vanilla hyperaggressive Prussia than this one fom ID xD. In summary I don't think I really recommend Imperial Destroyer - it does few things right- like new units and beautiful uniforms ,acceptable battle mechanics but the rest is...not for me.But..there are gameplay options which in some degree restores the cut features from vanilla game and this way you can customize the mod to your liking so try it out if you have the patience and time- in time I discovered that vanilla game was balanced quite good and no mod really fixes the AI except changes that are in empire realism that slows the battles and addressing the fixes to the overall battle mechanics which are good for AI behaviour if you know what I mean.But this required a lot of changes and gameplay in empire realism is totally different - some may like it , some may not.But gameplay wise it stands for realism and it's the best that Empire AI can be xD.
