This is July 2023 and I cant believe I missed this show !! Never heard of it before ! I cried and cried over this. Every time the Lyons would get over one major crisis another one needed to be handled none stop !! I absolutely loved this show ! I was amazed at the amount of real music artist and famous actors that participated in this great series. At one point I was waiting to see who I would see next ! I am on the 6th season, so I am not finished watching it yet. This is a must see for sure !! Great Show ! ( Edit after watching season 6 ) I was disappointed in the last season. It felt like the cast was not always on point, like their hearts were not into it. Did not understand why Lucious gets shot with 3 bullets and Cookie gets blown up in car being bombed. Was that a dream ? What was the point ? Was someone dreaming lol Great story telling must have good build ups but season 6 felt like they just wanted it to get done and over with . Loved the show but season 6 was a let down. That's my two cents. 120 episodes all in all . That's a lot !! Last episode was rated 5.6 on IMDb, so I guess I am not the only one who feels that way. I remember seeing a scene in season 5 or 6 showing a member of the DuBois Family talking about going after the Lyon's. Season 6 episode 01 starts with the scenes of Lucious and Cookie getting killed, before those scenes though it says ( Seven Months from now ). So after the final scene was aired if there would have been a season 7 , I believe that the DuBois family would have went after their revenge and succeeded in killing Lucious and Cookie. I would have also liked to see a scene with Andre telling his father that he got the strength to fight his demon half brother from his grandmother.

This song hits the heart in such a way that you have to cry for a nation that can't show love unless you get it through a song.😢❤😢
