The fact that she had asked for the weekend off to spend it with her boyfriend and the sister leaves to do a drive by birthday thing which has nothing to do with the shop doesn’t sit with me. She should of gone and spent the weekend with her boyfriend instead of being left alone. She said you didn’t work as hard as her but yet she wasn’t even in the store to help you, you seem to work harder because you deal with customers and you’re the one putting face at the store. Hopefully you guys figure out the issues and manage the store in a more functional way and you guys figure out a way to get weekends off here and there don’t overwork yourselves 😕

Javier really needs to be put down from his high horse, super unprofessional to act like that as a grown man. He really think he’s like the Beyoncé of the industry but in reality it’s just his ego building him up, I guarantee no big name modelling company will give a damn about him and “what he does”. It’s great for you have to confidence and be proud of your work but it comes to a point where it’s just pure arrogance. If these videos were shown to big name professionals in the modelling industry, it’s a guarantee he would not work aside them with that big ego and the lack of ability to take criticism. You know you’re really messing with someone’s ego with they try to reciprocate THEIR problems on you, make you guys feel inferior and call you names. Maybe that’s why he was only a coach to 15 year old girls 🤷‍♀️🤭
