To take the road test in other counties is actually hard- in Jamaica you have to drive up and down a ramp. The ramp is like the train tracks but its 10" wide for each wheel....

@@JenkemSuperfan There is no such thing as an "assault" in russian criminal law. It all comes down to the damage to health or to property here. So if neither of those was significantly damaged there would be absolutely no consequences. But, if Biker for example would keep driving with that sticker and then would crash his bike it would be different story.

As some of the videos show they only involve the police if a driver refuses to return to the road and chooses to instead attempt to drive through them, injures one of them, or calls the police themselves. Other than that they give all offenders every opportunity to avoid being fined or having their licence suspended/revoked. In one of the videos they even warn a driver that the police are handing out tickets further down the sidewalk for which he thanks them and then backs up and returns to the road.
