Well, this legislation is irrelevant to at least 50% South Africans. Because they are unemployed, it doesn't apply. It is aimed at employed people. So, those who pay income tax, must keep their mouths shut or what? Lose their job? Unemployed people can hardly afford air time, so they're not a threat? They can't cause trouble? If everyone was employed it would apply to everyone.
