As a fresher I was tagged into DELL EMC project as storage admin can you plz explain what kind of growth curve I need to follow like what kind of technologies I need to upgrade myself ( I am interested in cloud,automation and coding ) is it possible to move to these sides Plz reply

At entry level you can move into any technology side, try to start with cloud or any OS like linux and python programming if any interest in scripting .. or else aws cloud ☁️ is the good one to start with...

Sir mujhe aaj company me 9 days complete hue hai or mujhe aaj kisi ne btaya bond k baare me to jab maine dekha mera employer form to maine dekh a ki mera 2 year ka bond hai 75000 but mujhe leave karni hai mujhe ye job samjh nhi aa rhi sir profile Us recruiter hai (3.5 lpa)

Aapne bond sign karte time dekhna chahiye tha, companies generally 2 years bond sign karati hain aur money bhi charge krti hai if anyone breaks their bond.. initial time me legal matters se bachna zaruuri hota hai... Ek baar company ke concerned person se discuss karo about bond rules...

Do not break your studies if you are planning to apply jobs .. security is the future, there will be no problem if you start from the firewalls or any security concepts..

Sir ccna ka course main kar raha hu, ccna ka exam dena necessary hai kya,sirf course karke bhi kya job nahi mil sakti?

Do your ccna after getting the job, but most of the companies required certified candidates.. investment on certification at fresher level is not necessarily, however, if you concentrate on your studies and learn fundamentals with the latest technologies will surely moving you the right way towards your first job..

Original certificate of education deposit karwana padega fresher ko 2yr k liye. But 1yr k baad dusri company me join hona hai. Original certificate wapas kaise le?

Bond 2 yrs ka sign kiya hai , to possibility kam hai ke aapko documents bond period ke under mil paae... Bond agreement ki copy hai aapke paas?

@@BeingProactive just interview completed but Original certificate 2yr k liye deposit compulsory hai. Lekin mujhe 1yr hi karna hai sirf fresher ka tag hatwane. Inse kaisa deal karo sir jisse 1yr me wapas miljaye OC.

@@BeingProactive interview me nai bataye sir. Call kr k bol rahe hai. Apko offer letter tabhi melega jab ap OC 2yr k liye deposit karwate ho. Bond ki baat nai ki HR ne. Kuch samjh nai aara

HR se freely discuss karo apna bond time and all,, ask them to share aggreement letter .. 2 saal baad bhi nakhre kiye then? Join krne se pehle sab kuch maaloom kr lo..

@@BeingProactive this last question. my weakness:- Fresher, not financially stable, no one will hire me. I wasted 2yrs.. company strength:- deposit of original certificate, fix 2yr bond, no appraisal, 10k salary. Will i join or ignore.!
