Tashema Davis received her Master's in Art at Ball State University, and is now an art teacher at Marion High School in Marion, IN. Her interest in art began as a young child with a strong love of creating portraits. She grew up in the projects of Gary, IN and often finds herself creating pieces that remind her of home and the times of her childhood. We recently visited Tashema in her classroom to talk about her journey through life as an artist.
