Honestly my most recommended toothpaste for patients with unproblematic teeth is Colgate Total (whitening formula is good). It's a really good "hit all your bases" type toothpaste. Your dentist was right not recommending the Optic White, but I would say if you miss it try using it once a day (preferably morning) and the pronamel at night. The stickiness is a fluoride barrier that protects your teeth and is more beneficial used at night when you're not eating/drinking.

I'm in a place in FL where it's basically 90 everyday and the deodorant I LOVE and swear by is the arm and hammer deodorants in the orange package. it's the only deodorant i've tried that stops perspiration and smells good throughout the day. Ban is also supposed to be good but I've never tried it. love you Dani!

I love, love, love the Bath and Body Works Aromatherapy Lavender Vanilla Sleep Body Wash, bath salt, and pillow mist. I have been using the pillow mist for two year now and it smells so pool good. Not sure it makes me sleepy or relaxes me, but the smell makes me really happy. I used to not like the smell of lavender, but now I am obsessed with it.

Perhaps the pores in your underarms are clogged? I used to have a similar problem so I went to my doctor and they told me that I wasn't sweating, etc. because the pores in that area were clogged and the smell was caused by built up bacteria and old deodorant. I had to exfoliate my underarms gently everyday, use antibacterial body wash and to avoid using deodorant whenever possible. If I had to use deodorant I could never use antiperspirants (because that's what caused the clogging in the first place) and I had to wash it off as soon as I could. Also, I've been watching you forever and I just wanted to say you always put a smile on my face! You're actually just a wonderful and wise human ❤️

Hollie Forrest I've used men's deodorant for a long time because of the same reasons. I also use a lot of different men's cologne, because they smell so clean and cozy to me😇

Don't know if you have had your Invisalign appointment in the last week. But I went to mine and they came out with announcement that you can switch them every week vs 2 weeks. So if you can get in I would so you can speed up your process. I got all rest of my trays and now will be done on December. Great news from the company.

Get some activated charcoal off Amazon (look for it with tooth products) and brush with it in the shower or sink (it gets a little messy but not anything you can't wipe up) then follow with your regular toothpaste or else you might have black particles. It is amazing and leaves Your teeth so great and a natural white once you have used for a while.

All the Sensodyne toothpastes do that. Your teeth won't feel as clean and your breath may not be as minty. The reason behind the squeaky clean is that whitening products strip the enamel from your teeth. I switched for a while as recommended by my dentist because I was having some sensitivity. Maybe you should try just going back and for between Sensodyne and a regular toothpaste you like to get a balance. I only keep Sensodyne for days my teeth feel sensitive. Hope that helps! :)

The optic white probably have agents to scrub your teeth. That's why it feels squeaky clean and looks more pearly. But the reason it's bad for your teeth is it wears down your enamel, which cannot be replaced naturally. I used whitening toothpaste for years and ended up with really bad tooth sensitivity. Then and switched to Pronamel, and the sensitivity is gone. If you really like the whitening effect, Pronamel has a whitening line.

Dani you have to try heat activated charcoal capsules to brush your teeth. It leaves you teeth both squeaky clean and white w/o the harsh chemicals! I use it & always get compliments for my teeth.

Dani for the hair growth problem use castor oil on your scalp. I lost half of my thickness during pregnancy and my aunt told me about it and since I started using it ive seen alot of baby hairs. I apply it on my trouble area...the crown every other day.

Mitchum clinical strength deodorant works wonders for me. I use the solid one but there's also a gel both are excellent but I prefer solids.

I have been loving schmitts deodorants for around two years now. I really wanted to make the switch to aluminum free deodorant for personal health beliefs but I am so glad I did! It took about 4-7 days for my body to acclimate to using a "healthy" deodorant (read smelly) but after that I haven't had any issues whatsoever. (I did have trouble with a couple of other natural brands not working and one home made remedy) They have some really gorgeous scents as well my favorite is the lime it's a subtle sweet lime scent but theres also a beautiful rose scent as well

Try the new crest 3D white Brillance! It's in a white box and tube. They came out with a new formula that is supposed to be less abrasive but still have really good whitening properties. Also, you can keep a tube of the pronamel on hand and maybe use it once a day if you don't want to give up the great benefits it offers. Good luck!

The whitening agents in Optic White can damage your enamel in the process of whitening, hence why your teeth don't look as white using something else. You should try the Sensodyne dupe from Dollar Tree. It is amazing and soooo much cheaper.

Whole Foods has a 4oz rosewater spray for about $7. I've been using it for awhile now, I recently got the one with glycerin, I use it to set my makeup (it's just like Fix+).

You can get the Ahava stuff at Ulta, I buy the same thing in store at one of the ones near me. I also get the sea-kissed scent too which is also really nice :) also available online!

I had the same deodorant problem!! I even used the same old spice fiji one and it didn't work. I tried using home made deodorant with coconut oil, arrowroot and essential oil. I used lemon and nothing!!! After so much research I came across using the bath and body works hand sanitizers, they smell so good! So when I get out the shower and I shave my armpits I wait an hour and apply the hand sanitizer, let it dry then apply deodorant. I use the secret outlast sport fresh. It really helped me. Apply it at night when you shower or bathe then when you wake up in the morning 🤗🤗 hope this helps!! ❤️

I have always struggled with finding good products for my super fine thin hair. You changed my hair game with you macadamia professionals recommendation. I wish it wasn't so expensive but it is the only shampoo and conditioner I have ever found that keeps my hair healthy but doesn't make me look like a grease ball. I have confidence in my hair again and it's all because of that recommendation so thank you so much Dani!!!! Keep doing what your doing! Love your channel! 😄

RE: toothpaste... I am in the Dental profession. Sensodyne ProNamel is for sensitivity, it has a LOW fluoride content ... With Invisalyn you need to be using at least .24% fluoride. Try Colgate Enamel Health or Colgate Max Fresh. The "whitening" pastes are TOO harsh on the gum line and can cause recession ... and they do NOT whiten anyway...the granules are just bigger. Just FYI :)

Girl I love the Caress Body Wash I use it all the time and the different types. I get mine from Sam's and change it up every time I go. I think you look beautiful with out your make up its a nice change. I pinned the Murad Hydrating Toner, PUR Dirty Girl Mask, Jurlique Rose Water, Ahava Eye Serum, Elf Makeup Wipes and the IT Cosmetics Superhero Mascara in hopes that I will get to try them out one day. secret clinical strength in the clear gel works for me. started getting stinky like an hour after showering and the clinical strength stopped it better than any of the others I tried. gels work much better than solids for me now.

Hey Danni, I have a chemical imbalance when it comes to deodorant. I don't sweat and I have a funk fear lol, but I have to change my deodorant every other month from brand to brand. 1 month it's dove, next month caress, next month secret then I can go back to dove again. I've tried natural but they only work 10 hours before the funk appears and they also leave my pits dark, then after I try them it's hard to get my skin back on track with commerical brands. I'm the same way with shampoo and lotion too, I have to have a variety because my body gets used to them and they don't work as well anymore. Been this way since my teens and I'm 37 now. Hope that helps.

Lavanilla at sephora is great! it doesn't prevent sweat but it keeps it smelling wonderful! I also like Degree for if I'm going to be out in the heat in summer!

I've had the same issue with deodorant and what I find works for me is that my body gets used to a certain brand/scent after a while so I switch it up between a few and go back to same ones later and they work again. it's a little bit of a pain having so many scents and what not but it works and plus there are so many different ones that I kind of enjoy the new scent every so often :)

Crest sensitive whitening toothpaste is what I use and it works great

i have stinky pits and my favorite little trick is putting 100% therapeutic grade peppermint oil on my armpits before my mitchum advanced control gel deodorant. it really really helps me and it also gives a really cooling and tingly sensation. bonus you smell super minty fresh all day!

@CoffeeBreakwithDani hey Dani regarding the armpit problem. I don't known if this is available in the US but I used to have a similar problem. To solve it, I use an armpit toner before putting on my deodorant.

Yup I second Mitchum deodorant. When my all time fav stopped working I switched to this and it works. I'm the same where I don't sweat but I can smell myself at the end of the day

Use a bentonite clay and apple cider vinegar mask on your armpits to detox them. It'll improve the smells and you'll sweat less !

Love that you went makeup free!!! Over the years, I have tried all the women's anti perspirants/deoderants and several of the mens. I'm with you, it's hard to find one! I do like Arrid Extra Strength spray and Secret Clinical (Unscented). I have been using the Dove Dry Spray (fragrance free) for the past few weeks and am so happy with it! I was nervous cuz it's only anti perspirant, but it's kept me nice and dry (only one to ever do that!) and odor free!! (Don't know if it'll work for me in hot weather, tho!) Have a great weekend!!

Your empties make me want to go shopping. Your such a good saleswomen. As far as the toothpaste its supposed to coat your enamel and protect it so that may explain the feeling. I use that toothpaste and have used it for years. I use an electric toothbrush and brush a little longer than I used to and my teeth always feel squeaky clean 😁 ps happy Halloweeny🎃

You should try dove dry spray in clear tone the one with the white cap it smells great and helps with smelly armpits

Ok so I've been watching beauty videos forever and have NEVER commented on a thing. But I have super fine hair that I can hardly ever wear down because it gets too heavy and greasy within like 2 hours. I just recently discovered the Thikk wash and thikk rinse (shampoo and conditioner) from the brand AG and I am OBSESSED. I have worn my hair down almost every day since. It's a volumizing shampoo for fine hair and I get mine at Ulta where I work. HIGHLY recommend trying it out! My hair feels SO lightweight and voluminous.

The degree spray deodorant works so good. I have an issue with odor too and its my holy grail deodorant. I tried men's deodorant before and it just made my scent intensify for some reason, and it also gave me a rash.
