One of your most requested vlogs is finally here! Dahil I am in between tenant leases, mapapasilip ko na sa inyo ang first ever BIG investment ko! Isa ito sa mga fruits of my labor in my life as an artista 🫶🏼 Here it is… My very first ‘EMPTY’ CONDO TOUR! 🏠
If you’ve been a follower of mine, for sure napanood niyo na, on a tv show back in 2012, ung first tour of this condo unit- during the time that I was still living here myself. For 7 years now, this condo has been up for rent, so let’s see kung ano na ba ang nagbago at paano ko siya na-upgrade as a rental unit! See how I’ve fixed this unit up for my new tenant! ☺️

Napanood ko yung condo tour nito sa Kris TV noon. meron pa syang LV trunk pag pasok mo sa pinto. maganda ang upbringing kay KC ng parents nya. dahil kahit mayaman si Sharon, si KC ay nag tapos ng pag aaral at nag pursige sya sa buhay. yung kita nya sa pag aartista ay nag invest sya sa property. kahit na sobrang sosyal nya at mayaman, makikita mong hindi sya mayabang at kahit pwede syang mag english all through out sa mga vlogs at interviews sa kanya...nagtatagalog pa rin sya. sina KC at Richard Gomez ang palagi kong naiisip kapag birthday ko dahil magkaka birthday kaming tatlo😊 God bless you always, KC.❤️

On point! Invest to a “property”, that could last long. I invested sa (land) lupa, then year’s past by i built a house/home. Other friends of mine did it too and heard some of them transform to sakahan/farm. Overall, its not easy and quick, but continue to work hard, save money for yourself and think something to invest❤️.
