Congrats! It’s so nice 😍 Ps I’ve never had a new build before so I’m a little confused - why are there so many things you want to change already? Are you not able to request them when it’s being built 🙈

Thank you so much lovely! Ahh so with a new build you can’t request things like panelling etc. Same with things like radiators and the garden I want to add lots of character to it 🥰 hope that makes sense!

Hi Katie. Did you have to sell you 3 bed house prior to purchasing this or did you rent it out. We live in a new build semi detached house but plans to buy a detached house after a couplenof years. Just want to get some ideas how to get there. Thank you in advance x

Hiya lovely, yes we sold our old 3 bed house, and made good equity on it as house prices went up so when we sold it we had our deposit and stamp duty sorted for this house 👏🏻. You’ll get there lovely buying and selling a house is so stressful xx
