This was a great series to watch. The home came out great and it's probably way up on Zillow (Zestimate)? PSL is where I'm gonna be buying next. Broward has way too much traffic and crime. Enjoy the water parks, beaches, etc. Orlando is not far at all! Will you be building a pool? Congrats guys!

Was way cheaper and plus didn't want to deal with the unknown and the bidding war, we knew at least everything would be brand new and don't have to worry about repairs no time soon

That's really nice ! Your wife is shy?? CONGRATS. I move to port saint lucie 2021 in February. So far good ,but get really for high taxes on home 😥

Congratulations! We signed our contract with Maronda here in NE Florida in November to build a Columbus and are awaiting the slab to pour (weather delays now). What quartz did you go with, if you don’t mind me asking? Was that the Lyra or something else? Also, did they write up all the things they still have to complete as a “IOU”? That is one thing that concerns us, BBB is full of complaints of people closing with items still left to complete (even things like sod) and it seems to be a hassle for some. Hopefully that is not the case for y’all. Congrats again, been following for a while to watch your progress.

Thanks Justin and congratulations to you on your purchase/journey. I'm not sure what Quartz it is, I will check into for you and let you know soon. And yes, during our final walkthrough everything was written down because we had to bring that with us to closing. So like you said, hopefully we do t wait too long, but they are suppose to come soon to finish up. Thanks again, appreciate it 🙏🏾
