Moving keeps going past the arriving at the new place. It’s exciting and exhausting. I’m glad you are enjoying it all, exhaustion notwithstanding. It all looks fabulous. (Btw, showers aren’t at all boring! We used our tub as storage with a painted board to fit over the top because no one in our family wanted the hassle of having a bath. Any naughty time can be enjoyed just as well in a shower without the water all over the floor that bathtub highjinks usually creates!)

I love the house. Open concept is always nice and inviting. You guys have the space to do so much with. I can’t wait to the different stages as you decorate. I think my favorite is basement, deck and living/dining/kitchen area. I just really loved the fact that BJ’s name was brought up throughout this video too making him a full part of the experience. I am so happy for you guys!!

The house is wonderful, think about switching the bed & tv. Put the tv on wall by your door entrance, this keeps the bed more private, away from the hall where people would see u. Have an amazing 2024

Hi Guys! This is Reg hailing from the DMV; or, more properly: DDMV. I love the new house. I loved the process that you allowed us to share in your success. A few questions or comments...one; do you know the property line beginnings and ending and can you have it fenced off and make a rear patio or garden area? Second; the basement is good for both ideas, it would be prudent to look at a architectural layout and picture what goes where according to the plumbing, electrical and sewer specs. Trying to change that around after the fact is indeed going to cost some coins. Just keep it inline with the specs, and watch the size or square footage of the project. If you are do it yourself types on some things....go for it! But, if you need a contractor, the scale and square footage along with all the trimmings are gonna smack ya a bit. Just keep a watch. Much love and respect for you both....I appreciated you from the beginning and it has blossomed, or more like my forte, it has matured like a fine wine. You have such a nice house and it's an exciting time with setting things up, making plans for future projects, and making this a warm and inviting space for you, BJ, and your guests. The deck is bigger than I thought it was going to be in one of the earlier vlogs. I like the idea of the surround seating and it's so nice that it looks out on trees. Autumn will be spectacular. That small oak tree in the front of the house will get huge. Years from now you'll remember that small tree when you look at how large it grows over the years. Once again, congratulations guys.
