I’m here in Georgia and we are looking in to purchasing new construction and Ryan homes are one of the few builders here and every video I see about them are fabulous. Congrats, it’s beautiful. Three years ago we went with another builder we are not satisfied at all. Thanks for video

Beautiful home. Did the builder include the finish basement or was it an upgrade?

Thank you so much! The finished basement is included but if you want to add a bedroom and/or bathroom then those are considered upgrades.

Thank you! I would say, don’t be afraid to use the blue tape for any imperfections you see during your final walk through and ask all the questions.

So far we haven’t had any issues with our home. Ryan homes is good about sending someone out to fix things under warranty including appliances. Also, it might be a good idea to have your own appraisal completed before closing.
