А я бы непромытую брюшину есть не стала, да еще на камеру, её вычистишь хорошо, она вся белая, немало чистила брюшину и желудок коровий , с детства чистили, за такую чистку бы руки оторвали. Но опять дело вкуса😂

Hello dear Sreypov, That Beef tripe was delicious and put some beef meat and beef Bile good for soup with young Tamarind leaves we called it PAPAITAN. yummy,here in USA too much expensive that beef tripe. So you make beef tripe curry💕👍
