Thanks for sharing this knowledge. I applied your teachings yesterday and it was my first sight reading with “hora staccato” and I could do it in 100bpm, it means if I keep practicing it will be fast earlier. Greetings from Soledad (Colombia).

I'm watching the Heifetz version, he's doing the E flat down scale in 1/4 bow, then finishes the D Min dim with the rest of the bow. I dont know if that's about average for most successful players?

I will try your method. Staccato is difficult for me... Also fingering... A music sheet with finger position and strain will help very much. Thank you.

just close your eyes, imagine your right hand rotating clockwise and it would come out sounding perfect. thats how i do it anyway. there's no need to overcomplicate things.
